Solving problems with technology

A Brief History of Me

I'm an enthusiastic problem solver, with a special interest in leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
I have a strong background with computers - hardware and software.
I have been working on real-world projects since I was 10, with a wide range of technologies in multiple settings - from a small startup to a large corporation.

Projects and Work

Macrosynergy

I currently work at Macrosynergy Ltd., designing and developing a Python package for financial data analysis and visualization : the Macrosynergy Python Package.

jarPhys

An open-source, cross-platform (and of course, free) tool to run natural language searches on scientific papers, presentations/PDFs, notes (handwritten or typed), and more. It uses NLTK, Levenshtein distance, and other heuristics to find the most relevant results.

pytrix

A repository of code to show examples, or run experiments, or show commonly used “recipes”; mostly in python. Most of my gists are duplicated here as well.

BrainFart

BrainFart is a PG version of Brainf*ck . Everything about it is the same. It uses the same instructions, and the same syntax. The purpose of this project is to encourage educators to teach students the absolute fundamentals of programming and computer science.

For more details and history, check out my CV.

Also, here's a (fairly outdated) list of certifications.
